This plan is designed to enhance performance and prevent injuries for runners, it incorporates foundational movements and accessory exercises that improve leg strength, hip stability and targets common injury areas. Whether it’s a 5km, 10km, half or full marathon this programme will help you perform at your best and help prevent those niggly injuries. Choose from our two groups:

level 1: more of a beginner programme

level 2: more of an intermediate to advanced programme
