Online Programme

Online programming is for those of you who want to achieve their fitness goals without the need for personal training sessions. We will collect the required information from you to tailor make a programme best suited for you and your goals. The programme lasts 6 weeks and have as many days per week as you desire or we recommend. This programme is a one-off, no extra services will apply other than the programme itself.

  • 1 x 6 week online programme.
